Erica Switzer is the Co-Industry Chair of the Tampa Bay Suncoast PCC. She has spent over 18 years in the direct mail industry and is an industry speaker at conferences including NPF, MailCom, Postal Vision 2020, PRINT, MarketEdge, Girls Who Print, Project Peacock and more. 

Ms. Switzer was one of the Co-founders of DirectMail2.0, a direct mail technology integration company in Clearwater, FL. She has worked with the OIG on white papers surrounding the effectiveness of digital integration with direct mail and her business purpose is to educate and excite the industry about the future of direct mail.
