I have worked with TC Delivers for over 11 years.  I am a results-driven sales professional with over 20 years of experience in B2B, Marketing, Advertising & Print to mail services. My main goal has always been to assist my clients in achieving their mailing needs from mail design, postage savings & tracking. We strive to provide the most economical postage options to cut costs when its possible along with the fastest delivery options as well.  We process and presort  First-Class Letters & Flats, Standard or Marketing Mail, Non Profit mail, Parcels, and BPM.  We also offer statement printing,full digital color options tailored for each mailing. With the knowledge & understanding of USPS standards and regulations, we are able to assist you with the best options and provide directions to suit your needs.  

TCD operates three self-functioning direct mail processing centers all within three hours of each other.  If one of our centers becomes inoperable, one (or both) of the other centers has the capacity to perform the necessary functions required of all clients.   TC has warehouse space in each facility to maintain forms and envelopes in multiple locations. We have duplications of all of our services in all 3 locations. direct mail target, keeping in mind that we want to also save them on their outgoing postage.

Jacquelyn Villemaire began her career with USPS in 1996 as a Distribution Clerk in Tampa FL. Throughout her 26 postal career she has held many different roles. These include city carrier, supervisor, manager customer service operations, manager post office operations, marketing manager, postmaster. She was sworn in as the 45th Postmaster of Tampa in June 2022. In Tampa she oversees an annual budget over $97 million, provides delivery and retail service to nearly 3 million residents, and serves as the Postal Co-Chair for Tampa Bay Suncoast Postal Customer Council (PCC).

I joined the Postal Service in 1993. I am currently serving as the Manager, Operations Programs Support for the Suncoast District.  In this capacity, I oversee Customer Service and Delivery operations and programs for the largest District in the nation.

An analytical leader priding myself in being organized, confident, and knowledgeable. Highly disciplined professional with an innate ability to identify logical solutions and implement them from the top-down. Skilled in business acumen and professional presentation, I aim to achieve at the highest levels providing over 7 years’ experience in the field of Operations Programs Support for the largest district per capita.

I have previously held positions as Manager, Delivery and Customer Service Programs, Manager, Customer Service, (a) Senior Manager, Distribution Operations, (a) Quality Specialist, and (a) Transportation Networks Specialist.  

I am a graduate of the ALP and MLP programs and also Lean Six Sigma Green Belt trained.  Additionally, I attended the University of South Florida.

Michelle Bocchino is the Director of Marketing at DirectMail2.0, an omnichannel approach to tracking direct mail campaigns and lifting response rates by integrating digital technology. Located in Clearwater, Florida, Michelle loves walking the beautiful beaches and attending live music shows. She also hosts team trivia and music bingo events at local breweries and private parties. Promotion has always been her passion and she enjoys learning new ways to combine technologies to further print advertising.

Hello, my name is Rob Storey. I currently manage the Florida market for Pitney Bowes Presort Services. We have facilities in Jacksonville and Orlando. I strive to help my clients save money on postage, get their mailings into households on time, and save time with sorting any large mailing. Our Florida facilities handle presorting First-Class Letters, Flats, Parcels, Marketing Mail Letters, Flats, Parcels as well as Bound Printed Matter. Nothing is more rewarding than helping my clients with their bottom line revenue, and getting rid of their headache in the process.

Brad Kugler attended Miami University and San Diego State University.

In 1991, Brad went into the family business at DVA, Inc. Working successfully from the bottom up, he was promoted and eventually took the helm as CEO in 1996, all before his 30th birthday. He launched the business into the e-commerce world and won awards for his success. He helped to build DVA, Inc. up to just under $25 million in annual revenue.

DVA, Inc. has been an honoree on the INC 500/5000 three times, Gulf Coast 500 Businesses, Tampa Bay 200 Top Businesses, and Tampa Bay 50 List of Fastest Growing Businesses in the area, to name just a few.

In 2017 Brad took on the CEO position at tech startup DirectMail2.0. DM2.0 is a cloud-based integrated marketing platform aimed at exponentially improving the ROI on the printed mail piece through today’s digital marketing technology. In his first year he grew the company 350%, doubling this each year.

Brad has a strong sense of community and a passion to help others.

He serves as the Co-Chairman of the Career Education Board of the Pinellas Education Foundation, working closely with educators to enhance and improve educational opportunities.

Brad served as a Board member of St. Petersburg’s Sunscreen Film Festival, lending his experience and relationships in the film industry to support the Tampa Bay cultural landscape. He is an avid photographer and travels the globe as official photographer for local charities and non-profit organizations.

Bret Moriarty is the Director of Workplace Services for Raymond James and Associates. He holds an MBA from Saint Leo University and is a certified green belt in lean six sigma. He currently oversees six cost centers including print services, Distribution Services, warehousing, managed print, and enterprise wide facility management. This includes 28 direct and indirect associate reports and a budget of 8 million dollars annually.

Hiten Parmar’s first position with the United States Postal Service was carrying mail in the city of Saint Petersburg in 2002, later moving to the St. Petersburg P&DC as a Mail Handler.

He first worked in a management role at the Tampa P&DC. After graduating from the Associate Supervisor Program (ASP), he was promoted to Supervisor, Distribution Operations at Manasota P&DC.

In July of 2008, Hiten gained experience in Delivery & Retail Operations with a promotion to Supervisor, Customer Service in Tampa.

In 2010, his career took a directional change when he joined Sales and has gradually increased levels with greater responsibility. Hiten’s positions include Business Solutions Specialist, Sr. Business Solutions Specialist, Mailing Solutions Specialist, Senior Sales Executive – Mailing, and Senior Sales Executive Major Account. Hiten’s current role is Strategic Account Manager where he works with the Postal Service’s top tier and national strategic accounts.

Because of his diverse Postal background across multiple departments, Hiten has a comprehensive understanding of Postal Operations, Mailing & Shipping Services, Customer Service, Delivery and Sales. This has proved critical in providing solutions to customers and in retaining revenue for USPS.

Hiten earned his Associate Degree from Saint Petersburg College and his Bachelor's Degree from the University of South Florida in both Business & Marketing.  Hiten makes his home in St. Petersburg Florida with his wife and three children.
