LaTonya Hampton-Banks began her career with USPS in 2006 as a Mail Handler in Tampa, FL. She has been a part of the USPS Marketing Team for 10 years. In her current role as Business Service Network Representative (BSN) her mission is to build relationships with qualified business customers. The BSN is the link between our customers and postal operations. We collaborate with experts in various functional departments of the Postal Service to find accurate answers to customer’s concerns. The BSN Vision is to provide an excellent customer experience and strive to understand our customers, know their business, and exceed their expectations.
